I am Artennie, an 18 year old Filipino artist who found love in creating art and is now turning it into a source of living.

Before starting the commission, the client should first pay the down-payment which is usually 50% of the commission price. Mode of payment is gcash and PayPal only. Before I send the final product, the client must pay the remaining amount for the commission. After the payment, the artist will provide a draft sketch or colored sketch of the illustration to avoid too much revisions in the middle of the process.

During the commission process, the artist will provide watermarked screenshots of the process to show transparency. The artist will try to send daily updates and if the artist fails to send an update everyday due to personal matters, the client will be notified if the artwork will be prolonged a bit.In every commission, it doesn't matter if it's the same client, the artist will only accept 5 revisions during the process. The turn around time is usually 5-7 days depending on the complexity of the art and you will be notified if the process would pass the due date.

After the commissioned piece is finished, you will receive a Google Drive Link that contains the finished piece. The canvas size is 3x4 inches or 1,800 x 2,400 pixels. The finished piece will also have a watermark, it's removal will have additional fee which will be stated on the price list. The artist also has the right to post the commissioned piece. However, the client can request when the artist should post the artwork especially if it's meant to be a gift to someone.Personal use commission prices and commercial prices are different from each other. Commercial use prices are doubled amount of the base price. In Commercial use commissions, the client may print or use it as merchandise which you can use in any monetary gain. Personal use commissions on the other hand, you may use it however you like, except for Commercial purposes, (that's different dear) as long as the artist is credited. However, you cannot use the artworks on AI training or any scams.In terms of Refunds, this artist doesn't do Refunds unless the artist couldn't finish the artwork due to personal or health reasons. Note that this artist won't accept commissions that involves in tracing or coping someone's artwork.
